The Solar Plexus Chakra is connected to confidence, personal power and trusting yourself.

I created her as a Black woman surrounded by warm shades of yellow, gold and amber because I wanted to give that energy a face I could connect with.

When I focus on my Solar Plexus Chakra, I picture her as a reminder to trust myself, stand confidently in who I am and believe in my ability to move forward.

Created using my thread blending technique, the layers of thread bring together the warmth, strength and energy I associate with this chakra.

She reminds me that confidence doesn't always have to be loud. Sometimes it's simply knowing who you are, trusting yourself and moving forward from that place.
