THE power within

The Power Within came from my growing belief that we are often far more powerful than we realise.

For a long time, I looked outside of myself for answers. But through my own healing journey, practices such as breathwork, chanting and Qi Gong helped me become more connected to my mind, body and spirit, and taught me to listen more closely to myself.

This piece represents that connection.

I wanted the body to feel grounded and strong, while the arms reach upwards as a symbol of opening, awakening and connecting to something greater. I added gold leaf as a reminder of the value and light I believe already exists within us.

For me, The Power Within isn't about having control over everything that happens in life. It's about recognising the power we do have, how we respond, what we believe, the choices we make and how we care for ourselves.

The more I've learned to quiet the outside noise and listen within, the more I've learned to trust myself.

What you believe can shape the way you experience your reality.

The answers aren't always somewhere outside of us. Sometimes, we have to become still enough to hear what's already within.
