The Power Within explores the innate intelligence of the human body and spirit. Cornwall’s practice often investigates protection, consciousness and transformation here she turns inward.

The work reflects her belief that we are far more powerful than we are conditioned to believe. The body, when supported by the right environment and aligned with the mind and spirit, has the capacity to restore itself. Practices such as breathwork, chanting, Qi Gong and energetic alignment become pathways back to self-awareness and self-healing.

Rooted in the mind–body–soul connection, the sculpture embodies regeneration. The vessel-like form suggests grounding and containment, while the upward-reaching limbs speak to activation and awakening. Gold leaf details signify inner divinity the unseen force that exists within all of us.
