Synergy came from the way I see myself, as a spiritual being having a human experience.

I created two figures to represent the different parts of that experience. One represents my physical self, the body you can see and touch. The other represents the energy and spiritual side of me that can't necessarily be seen, but that I believe is always present.

For me, the two aren't separate. They exist together, constantly influencing and connecting with each other.

This piece made me think about how we move through the physical world while still staying connected to the parts of ourselves that we can't see our energy, intuition and inner knowing.

Synergy is my reminder that both can exist together. I don't have to choose between the person I can see and the person I can feel.
